We created the Eclipse Cross controls using a horizontal axis concept. This means the dashboard has been designed so everything is within easy reach. You can operate the controls with the minimum of movement and focus more on the road ahead.

HIGHLY SUPPORTIVE DRIVERS SEAT

Stay comfortable on any journey

The body-hugging driver’s seat has been designed to support you so you’re always comfortable whether you’re driving to the shops or the ends of the earth. Contoured sides hold you at the shoulders and thighs and the padded centre offers greater lumbar support.

IN-VEHICLE INFOTAINMENT

The SDA is the in-vehicle infotainment screen in the centre of the car’s dashboard. It can become an extension of your smartphone via Android Auto™ or Apple CarPlay™ By connecting your smartphone to your vehicle's display, you can access the compatible apps on your phone through the SDA.
Android Auto is the simpler, safer to use your phone in your car. Get all your favourite maps, media and messaging apps on your car display.
Apple CarPlay™ is a smarter, safer way to use your iPhone while you drive. You can get directions, make calls, send and receive messages, and enjoy your favorite music. All on your car’s built-in display.

FLEXIBLE SEATING ARRANGEMENT

9-step reclining rear seat

There’s enough room in the Eclipse Cross for five adults. The rear seats also have a 9-step reclining feature, so you can set the seat to your preferred position for a really comfortable journey. You can also slide the rear seats back for even more legroom.

LARGE CARGO SPACE

331 litres of luggage room

We’ve made the luggage area 10% bigger from previous Eclipse Cross models. It means you can now carry the equivalent of three 9.5-inch diameter golf bags or four suitcases with the back seat in place.

To further enhance the cabin, we've added LED lighting on the front door trim and handle and used thick sound-absorbing material throughout.

STYLISH INTERIOR TOUCHES

Plenty of practical features in the cabin

Because we believe the details are important, the sleek interior has lots of practical touches such as bottle holders in the door trim, a 2-cup holder in centre console a USB charging port and a cubbyhole for your phone.

MITSUBISHI POWER SOUND SYSTEM (MPSS)

Richer acoustics in the cabin

The Mitsubishi Power Sound System has been carefully developed to provide a richer, smoother sound. We’ve installed speakers in 8 locations around the cabin and specifically fine-tuned the sound for interior acoustics. It’s further helped by having front tweeters made from highly rigid titanium materials and door speakers coated with aluminium-vapour glass-fibre.
